Things to remember
-people aren’t judging me as much as I think. They are too busy worried about their own lives
-when I’m sad, being productive is the best remedy. Trying to sleep it off causes over-thinking and more self-loathing
-I have passions. I have the power to explore them, enjoy them, and share them.
-it’s okay if other people don’t understand what im going through, it’s not their fault
- I am strong. I have proved it before and I will prove it again
